Monitoring starts from $38.28 inc GST per fortnight, and a base unit with a GO pendant starts from $55.30 inc GST per fortnight for new NZ customers. A second pendant is $16.60 per fortnight. Your fee covers equipment, the SIM, monitoring, 24/7 response, monthly testing and maintenance.

Your alarm connects directly to our New Zealand monitoring centre. A trained operator speaks with you through the device, works out what you need, and contacts your nominated family members or emergency services as required.
Yes. Our in-home base units include battery backup so you're still protected during a power cut. The mobile GO pendant is rechargeable and works wherever there's mobile coverage.
